So, to fix your workshop not making any money in Bannerlord, you will need to do some research before making a workshop. Here are a few things you should check to make sure that your workshop is profitable: Check the existing workshops in the town and in the surrounding towns. Check the price of the item you want to produce in the town’s market.

You should not permanently lose workshops when war is declared. Discussion. In Warband you temporarily lost them until the war ended. Alongside the exorbitant prices for purchase and the dismal income you receive, this is another reason why Bannerlord's balance around the workshops isn't remotely fun or rewarding for the player. 138.
Sand manufactory. #1. indiehindi Apr 11, 2020 @ 10:32pm. For any city to get a good workshop check the tied villages of that city. See what they produce. They'll sell it in the city for a cheaper price which means giving your shop raw materials. Aserai lands mostly produces olive oil, date fruit, grain and sheep meet.
Wow this took a while to put together 😂 I am so happy with this one, I really hope it helps you all to maximize your efficiency when it comes to that sweet
Knight. May 9, 2022. #1. @SadShogun I know money issues effect a lot of people and since 1.0 workshops have said level one, is there any plans to increase there level to make additional profit. I am sure a ton of people would love this feature.
Wool Workshops in any place with wool (sheep) are generally the best right now. You can put 4-5 of them in Khuzait lands and make 250-350 a day per, pretty reliably. This is my go-to strategy unless I'm planning to be at war with them at some point in the future. Other than that, Breweries are the next best and consistent overall.
As for the smithy, Mecalovea is normally attacked as a prelude to attacking Epicrotea. Which normally means you got parties hitting Mecalovea and Marathea, the main iron sources for Epicrotea. So in general, that area is a hotbed for workshops not generating profits. Though, something could also be bugged on your end as well.
