WatchUsage = standby time resulting in rapid battery drain despite no third party apps. I have been having repeated issues with my Series 4 apple watch battery life. Initially it worked fine (months). Then it started dying after 10-12 hours. Looking at the usage stats the Usage time and Standby time are about the same.
Checkfor damaged battery Charge the watch to 100% at bedtime. Take it off charge, Turn it OFF - hold in side button til you see the sliders and tap the tiny off button, top right. Confirm off with slider. In the morning turn it back on and it should be at least 95%. If NOT then the battery is damaged.Lets start by pressing on the button at the right side of your Apple Watch until a slider that says Power Off pops up. Now, drag the slider to the right to completely turn off your device. Lastly, after the screen has turned off, wait for a couple of seconds and turn your Apple Watch back on by holding on the same button. 4.
15 Jul 24, 2015. #1. I've had the watch (42mm) for about a month now and it has been great. But in the last couple of day the battery has been draining faster. I haven't been using any apps, just some notifications throughout the day and replying to the occasional text. By 9pm my battery is at 10%, which is very low given that I don't do a lotWhatto Know On an Apple Watch: go to the WatchOS Control Center and tap the percentage icon. On an iPhone, add the Battery widget: swipe right and go to Edit > + next to Batteries > Done > Today Ingeneral I think there were two issues: Massive battery drain up to the point where the watch doesn't even charge, mostly caused by 3rd party apps and 3rd party watch face apps. More battery drain than usual, making the watch only last for approx. 12 hours instead of 16 with around 50% battery left. Manyhave noticed that it is draining a lot quicker than usual, and it all stems from iOS 16.5. āUpgrade 16.5 iOS iPhone = high battery drain. Fix it,ā said one user. āGonna say goodbye to SeeaGsX.
