The game would run better on Core 2 Duo at 3GHz than on yours at 2.5GHz. Demonicon has similar issue: some spots in the game use 30% GPU load and visibly lags, in other places 75%+ IT IS NOT A CPU GHz "CAPPED" ISSUE (it should have been always around 30%), but an engine/driver communication issue. The English voice acting is so awful, I'm sure it would be an improvement. I'm sure there is, maybe having to do with swapping out the audio files. I know with the Eye of the Goddess mod for the original game the audio is in German and the text in English or German depending on which file you load into the game. Thank you, that's good to know.

A much better weapon. as for the 2 hander 2D+8 compared to 1D+10, the first weapon is vastly better. first sword is 2-12+8 damage = 10-22 damage. "improved sword" is 1-6+10 = 11-16
