Bulova is 100 times more reputable though, anyone that knows about watches will think you've made a good choice. Yes the logo is positioned at 12 o'clock. There is a Seiko and Citizen that look very similar to it but I honestly like the Bulova the most. It is on sale for $75 from Amazon.
Festina made this model sometime around 2013-2019 (just an estimate based on some searches). The battery it runs on is a SR621SW or 364 depending on battery brand, and lasts about 3 years. The watch model number is 8920.

Titan makes some good stuff. You rarely see them outside of India. I used to have a Titan edge I ourchased from Ebay for the coolness factor of having a super thin watch and it was great. If you want to take a look at another Indian brand check out HMT. They're extremely inexpensive.

It was trusty 1st watch that got me through my college years and into my first job, and it certainly planted the seeds for my current hobby. Certainly Seiko and Orient offer a variety of good entry level watches, but I’d get the watch -automatic, quartz, solar - and brand that speaks to you the most. Then, enjoy wearing it for years.
That's not necessarily a deal-breaker, but just beware going in, that the build quality and longevity of the watch has a good chance of being worse than if you bought a similarly priced watch from an established watch brand. I also think you'd be unhappy with how big it would be. 45mm is really quite big, especially for a watch that isn't a diver.
