Vellari Mar 2, 2020 @ 11:52am. If it is a map replacing mod (MBD) you have to start a new profile. When you are creating the profile (name, picture, etc) there is a mods button top left. Add your map mod there, return to previous menu. Now you should be able to change from Europe to what ever.
If it takes SCS around a year or so to do a single country DLC that's 8 years until any road will connect Greece to the rest of Europe in the game. There's speculation on where they're going to focus on next anyway as it could be an Italy rework, Ireland or potentially a UK rework.
